In order to confirm this type of booking, you (or an authorised individual acting on your behalf) will need to sign and date the agreement. This can be done by:
Opening your 'Booking Enquiry' with Adobe Acrobat (if needed, you can download it here: https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/ )
Locate the areas you need to sign and date.
The 'Text Insertion' tool should auto select, but just check to make sure. It is located at the top of the page and looks like this:
With the 'Fill and Sign' 'Text' tool selected, place the cursor next to the 'Signed' area of the page and click to begin typing.
If you have a signature image saved, you can click 'Sign' and select your signature image to place on the page. Otherwise, Type your name and then click anywhere outside of the text box to set your text. You can use the pop-up menu to change type size or save your data to use it again in the future, if desired.
With the 'Fill and Sign' 'Text' tool still selected, place the cursor next to the 'Date' area of the page and click again to type the date.
With the 'Fill and Sign' 'Text' tool still selected, place the cursor next to the 'Print Name' area of the page and click again to type your name.
ALMOST DONE!
If you are ACTING ON THE BEHALF OF THE CLIENT, you do not need to complete this next step. However, if you are the person (client) named in the 'Booking Enquiry', please complete this final step:
Click 'Save as' and attach it to a replying email, thereby confirming your booking!
